From Opening Ceremonies to the Parade of Champions, the 2011 Softball World Series is packed with games and events. Opening ceremonies will be held at Vanderberg Park Little League Complex on Wednesday, August 3 at 5:00 p.m. Forty-five round-robin games will be played between Thursday, August 4 through Tuesday, August 9, culminating with the championship game on Wednesday Night at 5 p.m. The championship game will be seen LIVE on ESPN 2. The awards banquet is Tuesday, August 9. The Parade of Champions, honoring all series participants, will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10.
